Part-time Jobs for Students

Many students in Taiwan take part-time jobs in the summer. Some work as clerks in shops, and others help in restaurants.

A part-time job is not only about money. Students learn to be on time, to obey rules, and to talk with strangers. These things are useful in any career.

Of course, a job can become terrible when the hours are too long. Teachers say students should work no more than twenty hours a week. Rest and study are still the most important things.
